If micro payments ate fundamentally sound for business models, why am I paying 2 cents to post this. If I could do like 5 post for a penny I would post a lot more, probably spending greater amounts of $ overall

Richie, I've been making the same argument for ages but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. The counter-argument is that user also gets funds in return for received likes. But in practice it doesn't work out that way.

It's safe to say the main reason would be greed. Also no other competitors. For main stream adoption though I can't see this working out as a few cents a post. I know it's not much but it's all pychological

Exactly. When telling normies about Twetch & they learn it's 5c/like they lose interest. I maintain Twetch platform will encourage greater revenue by making likes & branches cheaper. At 5c users hesitate to like. At 1c users will like without thinking.
