@metamitya just had a dank idea, how about different skins for treechat, like a cyberpunk skin (instead of just dark mode). perhaps so the skins can be created by 3rd party designers and then unlocked via purchase. all the internet kids love skins, no?

i say this because I already really like the UI as it is, it's fresh, it's an iteration of what we are familiar with, now the customization with skins would add even more awesome (remember Winamp?)
