Men are wired by nature to be attracted to women physically. If you want a "sweet spirit", have at it. Makes it easier for the rest of us.

Focusing on the value of yourself as a man means avoiding porn, masturbation, drugs, alcohol, gambling, etc. Only when you live a chaste and moral life will you be able to have a shot at a normal relationship with a woman.

When in comes to pulchritude… beautiful women invariably want beautiful men. They are just as shallow as men are. An ugly / older man can get a younger / beautiful woman, but usually recompense in the form of money is required— and a lot of other problems come into the picture. There's hidden resentment that will continually build over time in those kinds of relationships, often culminating in infidelity.

Andrew Tate has a lot to say about getting beautiful women. I agree with a lot of what he says, although he's a drug pushing lizard. If you watch his videos, you notice that he's always smoking something and constantly chugging alcohol.
