Meditation is a waste of time.
Rich guys peddle it to you b/c they don't know what to do with their time/money. They're disconnected from reality. You have a few hrs per day after work.
Drop and give me 50. You won't regret it. You'll be a better human.

push ups are great. I don't disagree with you but skeptical because in my experience only people of relatively low economic means have touted the merits of meditation to me. but that may just be me.
