Maybe the B is not 13 but 8 instead?
8, infinity, the snake eating its own tail.
8 Would also be the outcome it you see the S of USD as just one half of the 8 in a geometrical way. If you split an 8 into half you will end up with two S's, an S and its mirror.
And the S itself (snake) can be seen as wave or frequency, whereas the B/8 would be two frequencies in harmony or something like that and also looping infinite.
I see it as two snakes meeting in an infinite looping dance of duality.
Like two DNA strings.
Before there was the S, which was only half of it, but the B is the 8 and symbolizes the addition of or merging with other parts to make it more complete.
Maybe it symbolizes the merge of the the abstract concept of money with technology (computers) and math/economy (hash, asynchronous keys,...).
