yes
Plugging a texture thats added to itself x3 with different transforms into its own UV coords means the GPU has to resample it multiple times before it can carry on (not in parallel)... Its generally looked at as very bad practice
But in reality modern GPUs are so ridiculously powerful - a 3090 has almost a TB/s of mem bandwidth - that they simply dont give a fuck and will render it at 1600fps regardless
