Have had Mastica gum the last two days, but have only shaven this morning. Now I'll be able to do a proper before and after to see how it may impact my jawline.

Some other elements will be a lot harder to gauge, for example, it is meant to improve blood flow to the brain which could have positives and it is said to improve overall gut health.
