Maritime Law, Birth Certificates, The Birth Canal & Money.
When we are born, the mothers "Waters" break, we come down the 'Birth' "Canal", we're provided a 'Birth' Certificate, and given Citizen-'Ship'. We form Relation-ships, Friend-ships, Partner-ships, and Companion-ships. When leaving education (student-ship) to provide good workman-ship or having learnt a craftman-ship, we often have mentor-ships, intern-ships, apprentice-ships, or scholar-ships, and sometimes even sponsor-ships.
A lot of us often watch the Premier-ship, or Champion-ship leagues. Whilst others, may attend a place of Wor-ship, to respect our personal belief/ideology of God-ship.
We pay for member-ship, we seek leader-ship, and some of us are often subject to censor-ship.
When we step into Court, we stand in the 'Dock'.
- We use the terms Cash Flow, Currency (Current-Sea?), Liquid Assets, or Liquidate.
- Many are known to use 'Off-shore' Bank Accounts.
- A River 'Bank' (Controls the flow of the current) - Meanwhile, our Central/Reserve Banks control the flow of Money.
- You can "Freeze" your Bank Accounts.
- We "Pour our Money down the Drain".
- We often use the term "Flood the Market", when we overproduce goods or currencies, causing inflation.
- To 'Bail Out' means to bail out a boat filling with water using buckets, so why is the term used for Prisoners?
- When you buy something, you take "Owner-ship". When the items are delivered, it's "Shipped" to your door.
- If you want to borrow money at high/dangerous interest rates, you may use a 'Loan Shark'.
- "Slush Funds" refer back to cash made by crew on Ships, selling fat from Cooking Pots.
- Large holders of currencies are often referred to as "Whales".
- £/€/$ - Currencies are actually called "Floating Currencies".
- All printed notes contain "Water-marks".
- When struggling financially, we often say "Just trying to keep my head above Water".
- Our Bank Accounts often 'Dry up', and result in us 'Drowning in a Sea of Debt'
