A man is innocent until proven guilty. You are literally a communist if you act based upon disproven guilt.

Lol. Says the women who agreed with a post calling me a murderer for being in the military. Fuck off!!
Is a man really innocent until proven guilty? Many criminals are never proven guilty just saying. I find it very interesting no one would even mention the context in which Ali lost his MB. (organized what became a riot) someone finally explained to me.
Yes a man is innocent until proven guilty. Whether by his own conscience or court of law, still applies.
There are armed protests in 50 states this week... Is it really shocking MB doesnt want to be involved in the funding/support of hyper partisan agitators? If it was a BLM riot we wouldnt want MB involved either.
Hitler is innocent then? The guys who dropped the atomic bombs? They were never tried. Jeff Epstein innocent? Never proven...
Both are dead 🤷🏼♀️ paying their price
Did Ali organize what became a riot at the capital? He admits it. Was MB being used for this event? MB has the right to not want to be involved. Is MB innocent till proven guilty too?
My point is obviously they are not innocent. Cmon man 😋
I challenged multiple people on this yesterday and got ignored lmao I guess we wanna be $XMR and used for riot organization. (what media will say)
Question... Is Black lives Matter innocent? and would you support them using money button for all funding?
Either no one is cut off unless govt order, (or prev order that applies)
or anyone can cut off anyone for any reason (maybe i'm racist, or sexist, or don't like midgets).
Take ur pick, tell me what world it is.. but be consistent.
That's all I ask.
Liberty to choose please BUT not the right to discriminate without reason. IMO there is reason here (the freakin riot). Its not what we wished would happen but it did....
People r losing their jobs for being seen @ a peaceful rally for the president. Others for being let in the door to the Capital & lollygagging w/in the ropes like tourists.
Yes, some were violent.
Investigations & charges ongoing for those who were.
So Ali organized some violent rioters on our nations capital and MB doesnt want to be involved. Most were peaceful and had no intention of crime. Does MB have this right? Or are they communists? I think theyre just protecting themselves?
If u pull that move ur going to get backlash. We're not in MB to be policed by MB.
MB can do what they want & face the consequences. :)
I don't know what Ali intended. Don't know him. (don't actually care) There were obviously other players involved.
Do you think moneybutton should provide financial services to what the government is calling a riot? I asked are they not just protecting themselves? Do they have the right to try to protect their business? Do we know MB intention? Their own self interest?
As I wrote on TwItTeR, what jurisdiction should this apply to? Are MB complicit with North Korean law also? Where I the line drawn even where a court has had its saying? A bit sweeping but actually worth contemplating over....
Both Ali and BLM are innocent. Freedom of assembly is part of the 1st amendment. If people commit crimes at these riots those people get charged. By your reasoning no protest would ever be allowed because provocateurs could come in and make it violent.
Ali is guilty of organizing the event. Period. MB has the right to distance themselves from the event and all involved. Crimes or not. Do you agree with this freedom? Or a business cannot refuse services to anyone unless proven guilty if crimes in court?
BLM is a planned foreign funded color revolution to destabilize the government...of course they are not innocent. good lord!!!!! lmao 😂
can I ask did they return his funds? It looks like this guy is the first to have his "chip turned off" due to a dropping socialist credit score. come to think of it we all have truncated "social credit" scores already ask transunion, etc.
dont ask questions we are all suppose to nod and agree or GET IGNORED
Of course they are free to refuse service, but their justification is just factually inaccurate. It would be more honest if they said they want to distance themselves from it rather than accusing Ali of doing something illegal when he didn’t.
As it stands they are trying to pretend it wasn’t politically motivated by accusing Ali of criminal behavior, this is why they are being called out and boycotted.
They know if they acknowledge that they ban people for purely political reasons it would be far more devastating for their business. Hence cries of “he was organizing an insurrection!”
I agree w that. poor response for sure... hes TIED to criminal behavior... would you agree? Association/organization.
its ok just like bsv is
It’s not clear. Organizing protests is not criminal, if the protest becomes a riot it is not automatically the organizer’s fault. Again, this is a bad precedent because by your logic provocateurs could be used to nip any protest in the bud.
Yall are conflating "should he be refused service" with "should he be jailed" the riot scared MB away from all involved crimes or not. bad press etc bad look!
Everyone at that event was either associated with or organized the event. Everyone at a BLM “protest” either organized or was associated with the event. You could use this logic to de-platform all of them.
Oh my gosh when did this turn into a BLM debate! Y’all missed the entire point while arguing who to control the point is ALL have the right to freedom, and if they abuse that right then they will be trialed! Enough now!
Yes someone could. I wouldnt. This is the liberty of a business is it not?
It’s also been proven that “non” Trump supporters were instigating violence. I give no pass to any person who entered that building.
I asked if Moneybutton has freedom... no response.
I’m not sure what the issue is. Sure MB can do what they want so long as they don’t break the law. If they broke the law @4620 can go after them. People can boycott their services like they are boycotting Ali.
You asked if people are innocent until proven guilty — and you got your answer. Then you changed the subject to many other things. This convo is a waste of energy at this point lol. Are you trolling?
Is that why you joined @24846 i got zero respect from any of you during this so whatever
I respect you — the argument is principles vs. opinion right now. Principles must exist or no conversation can take place. We’d be better off establishing principles before continuing. ❤️ u though.
The convo started with you disagreeing with @910 ‘s stated principle. If that’s where you disagree, you can go no further.
I was challenging the principle in the spirit of discussion not personal belief. Sad it couldnt even really be discussed in a philosophical sense. Is the (insert name) Cartel innocent? Its an interesting debate.
No you weren’t.

That was not this discussion. Ali should take responsibility for leading the (what turned into riot) and accept MB decision. Do we disagree?
1. Ali claims to be the organizer for Stop The Steal. So we don’t disagree on anything here.
2. Ali doesn’t have to agree with MB decision, especially *if* they did something illegal — I don’t know if they did.
So yeah we disagree — no big deal though.
Yup. I never claimed he had to... I think he should just accept it though. Its their right as you said... You didnt need to stand in for river. Im not pro deplatforming btw all lol im just saying MB has the right to distance themselves crimes or not.
Wtf. Is one thing really directly related to another????
I don’t think it means innocent in a literal sense. The entire point of a Justice system is to discern guilt. The phrase innocent until proven guilty is a functional statement about a desired system, not reality itself. The focus is on _proving_ guilt.
When I was a kid, a person who committed a crime was sentenced in a court, (maybe) went to jail, and when he got out, he still got a bank account. Because one has nothing to do with the other.
These days, everyone thinks, that taking away EVERYTHING ...
from a person (in this case not even sentenced yet) seems to be ok.
No matter the crime, people always used to keep their rights in a free and open society. regardless the punishment.
Pretty disturbing how drastically that has changed.
☝️☝️☝️☝️
depends what the "kid" is using the account for. but whatev i guess we dont see eye to eye. fine w me i wasnt even talking to most of you and river never really replied to anything i asked. they were just questions to discuss. get bent everyone!
