I say down.
It'll likely go down in the two days or so after the halvening. I wouldn't be surprised if it spikes up, though. Never underestimate the power of mass confusion.

If btc pops 10,523 by the halvening (gotta throw the faithful miners some bones;), I'd expect a fomo run toward 13k, which is likely to be rejected, and then the suicide-hotline-dumpening to 7,563...then watch hash power circle the drain. BSV will mop up.
