if i was doing this, i would make the simplest possible game to start... like literally duck hunt or something that uses the 1sat assets... and then iterate, i bet some people would play (i would try) and give you feedback and eventually you can make more sophisticated versions and launch to an existing audience... wouldnt need a lot of time/money to start and depending on the response it would make it easier to fund, but this is not the only way obv

you probably arent gonna have the 3d models in the first version, but could map these into matching 2d assets on the fly i bet
or airdrop the 2d assets to 3d holders just for the game
start with 2d get feedback etc.
