the main way to browse is the public feed the block icon in the bottom navbar, and we just released a way to browse user created streams, hit the treechat icon in the bottom navbar and then select 'Streams' to open a list of active streams.

We dont have hashtags [[for now]] but have [[memes]] which are similar... we are working on building a way to explore these as we speak https://app.treechat.com/quest/9afe11b5-78a9-466c-910b-706f47187206

Killer! I have not been using Streams to their fullest it seems, so I will look at those next.
