the main way to browse is the public feed the block icon in the bottom navbar, and we just released a way to browse user created streams, hit the treechat icon in the bottom navbar and then select 'Streams' to open a list of active streams.

Killer! I have not been using Streams to their fullest it seems, so I will look at those next.
