I'm upgrading to MacOS Catalina for the side by side windows feature (finally) alone.
Got a new 28" 4K screen, no need for dual screens with this setup.

Yuck Apple...why use proprietary software on x86 hardware.
Hope you aren't relying on any 32bit applications that lack a 64bit update, as they will no longer work!

Yeah, I was saying the same in 2007, 2008, 2009 & then tried MBP 15" in 2010.
Had it for 7 years (SSD + RAM upgrades 2012), for work and pleasure. Renewed to a used MBP 2015 15" in 2017.
Cheapest computers (calculated month over month) I've ever had.
I am a software snob...I would immediately throw Linux on it 😆
