Ok. You've convinced me.
I manipulate children into working hard in cold, damp environments.
Said differently, I teach kids how to swim, and coach them on a precompetitive and competitive level.

This job is extremely rewarding, and I have a direct, positive influence on their health and relationship with hard work and the value that comes from such work.

If people don't directly invest in these vital aspects of young people's lives, we lose everything.
It is the values people hold and their willingness and propensity to act on them that leads to entire cultural structures.

Values are everything. I do what I can to impart good long term values in those I work with.
