It will become harder and harder to breathe until one day I just stop breathing. Then there will be no more pain and my life will be over.

Get high quality pure (organic if possible) tobacco, hemp papers and plant based filters. I swear the chemicals in cigs plus drawing the smoke through plastic is the real killer. Saves a load of money rolling your own too.

Honestly I'm to lazy for that. I really need to quit. Best I can do is buy American spirits but I can't afford that now. Maybe after my raise in February.
