I'm making a conscious effort to change how I refer to the "transaction fee market."
The fact is, the transaction fee is the price. It's not either the bitcoins or the good being exchanged for them.
Instead, it's the transaction confirmation market.

With that being said, "transaction confirmation" doesn't quite feel right to me yet. Going to have a think on it.
