Does every comment on Twetch set in stone forever?
Is every comment recorded directly into BSV Blockchain?
Twetch app never shut down as long as BSV blockchain is alive?

Correct and if twetch User Interface went down someone can simply build an app an restore everything from BSV blockchain.

Twetch is basically a block explorer with some additional features :)
