I'm exhausted today. A married father of 2 boys, ages 10 and 7. I got a twilight schedule, get off late, race home, spend time with wifey, eat, shower, lay in bed where I finally unwind. I read till I fall asleep. 2 hours later, I'm up again...

I get my boys up, washed, fed and off to school. After an hour and 20 mins of that, I can finally lay down for another 3 hours of sleep before the process is repeated. These cat naps... umm, they're for cats!
But yeah, they're only young once and it has to be done. Enjoy every minute of these exhausting moments. Your children will one day look back at all the things you did... or didn't do.
