Loved this video! I would like to start sharing more of my video content, since that's what I'm most into and enjoy creating.
Sometimes when I try to upload videos (usually sub 500mb) I wait a while but it doesn't seem to work or end up on the public feed.
Do I get charged for these big video uploads? If so how much?
I'm so looking forward to ditching X, YT, TikTok etc and just having my content on chain with no stupid corporate algorithms.

I think content over 6mb doesn't get uploaded on chain. It's just on the servers, basically how YouTube works now.
I wouldn't expect treechat to subsidise video content. But I would definitely pay to if the cost was known beforehand.
Maybe posts could be turned into or linked with ordinals so posts could be sent or traded?
yes, videos over 5MB wont make it on chain, but also there is an issue with uploading large videos which we are working on fixing
