Law: Lesson 1

There are two Primary Jurisdictions on earth. One is on land, the other is at sea.

We call it Common Law for the Land, and Maritime Law for the sea. Sometimes Civil Law is used instead of Maritime Law, but they effectively are the same....

Common Law refers to the laws of the land and of the people of that land, it's the Superior Law on Land.

Maritime/Civil Law refers to Commerce on the Oceans or waterways. Where as a Captain at sea in a ship has full authority over the ship and all cargo

If you are a Citizen in a Citizenship...guess which Jurisdiction applies to you?

Citizens are persons, persons are corporations, corporations are legally dead. Sometimes called Human Resources

Citizens are subjects under Civil Maritime Law.

Conversely, Common Law is the Law for Men and Women.

You see, government believes in GOD, and god said he made MAN and WOMAN, not humans or persons or citizens.

So god given inalienable rights only apply to...? (hint: not citizens)
