There's no restriction on participation. If we were to win, I'll set up a trust to receive the funds and pay it out. Foreigners might have to pay local tax on top of US taxes.
Awesome. Very few states allow buying lottery tickets online, so this is useful. Would you be posting a proof of the lottery tickets bought?
