What if Twetch is not really a social media app?

Or what if social media is just a small part of what Twetch is?

So User would dictate what other users pay for certain actions?

could you have both levels where the current model plays out (Twetch sets a price for all interactions), as well as a feature where responses or interactions were paywalled and could be custom set? Or can these not exist in tandem? Thoughts?

Journalists would use this.

I'm not a dev so I can't answer regarding the technical aspect, but I think doing both would be a good move.
