A lot of people do not want to see the obvious, that we have a ruling class enamored with evil ideas.

The article is good, but let's press the idea that resource scarcity is behind climate agenda.
1. Nuclear can solve the energy crisis. If you fear running out of resources, why not increase nuclear?
2. Mass migration.
If you know the world is running out of energy and living standards will collapse, would you flood your own nation with migrants to accelerate the collapse? Or would you do things like ban immigration and ban energy exports?
If the West banned immigration, energy demand would fall across the Western world. Only Chinese demand is rising, but they're aging so fast their demand growth is going to stop soon. If the climate is in crisis, or energy running out, it's imperative to slow demand, no?
Nothing the ruling class is doing makes sense if you assume they're behaving in the interests of the general public or have public welfare in mind. Most of what they're doing can be explained if you assume they are anti-humanists seeking destruction.
Unpopular, but someone like Bill Gates does seem to be more of a complex character because he is investing heavily in nuclear.
