So it looks like when you #Twetch & include a Tweet link it doesn't post your Twetch to Twitter automatically via TweeTwe.
I am wondering why it wasn't possible for TweeTwe to post it?

Wonderful to hear! I just thought I would give it a try. So is it possible to have the replies to a Twetch posted to Twitter as well?

Replies could end in a weird state. All participants must be linked to Twitter and the replies somehow need a mapping to the tweet. Could be done, but not trivially.
