Looks like someone is mining empty blocks on Bitcoin 🤔 7 in the past 2 hours. Why don't they just collect the transaction fees as well 🤦‍♂️

What a waste of mining resources. They mine empty blocks and then ViaBTC scoop up a block containing 20,709 txs.
