Looking for help. I have some BTC and bought it w/ coinbase. I need to convert to BSV. Can anyone tip me off to a way to convert to BSV more easily than cashing out to USD then buying BSV?
BSV has unlimited uses. Will be using it in proj.1 to disrupt USD

there's a zillion exchanges where you can convert BTC->BSV are you looking for anything in particular? i've had fine experiences with CoinEx

I'm just looking for one that will allow me to convert straight from BTC to BSV without having to convert to USD in between. I don't have a lot of money in either (BSV or BTC) but I am adding small amounts at a time.

thank you. I thought that in transfer using USD as intermediary might add cost in transaction fees.

you'll pay a (possibly ridiculous) transaction fee getting BTC to the exchange, then just exchange fees (which are fairly minimal) when exchanging at the the exchange (it's not real coin it's credits in their database), then a small amount to withdraw BSV!

coinex does have a btc/bsv pair .. but as long as the intermediate pair is also on the exchange you're exchanging on it's not really that much of a problem to go through something else, just a bunch of clicking :)

My buddy said he can do it for me. I send him BTC and he sends back BSV. I really don't have more than about $30 USD worth because I'm more interested in seeing how this ecosystem works than day trading. Trading is not the fix-using the currency

buying and selling on exchanges trying to make money buying and selling crypto assets is long-term a specialty field, like forex trading in old-fashioned currencies, not something most people should be involved with

yeah i don't actually recommend exchanges to new users, in general .. i don't think we need them at all .. you can just buy $1 worth or €1 worth or whatever from a local friend .. i assume that's how the vast majority of people will be onboarded, in person
