There is no evidence this is true. There is no attributed speaker to this quote. The Catholic Gazette claimed they had someone at the convention but refused to name the source. If you read the whole article by the Catholic Gazette its pretty clear they are just making shit up to make it seem like Jews organized a whole convention to talk exclusively about how they have been sabotaging Christianity.
