If treechat could have custom emojis that appear after upvalue treshold (like under 100 sats on post You get ⬆️ from 100 to 1000 you get 😀 etc. be creative) maybe that would be cool. Unless it is to complicated to make

Market would suck as @Brooz said but You could organize contest for custom emojis that users make and pick a few for that purpose
