My new RelayX account isn’t connecting with my existing Twetch account. Just spins indefinitely. Got a support ticket open let’s see how good they are to solve.

Youre using web or mobile app?
Have you got cross tracking disabled?

If on iOS; have you got ‘Prevent Cross Site Tracking’ turned off inside Settings > Safari?

Did you link the wallet via the web previously?

Since yours is a previously exclusive MB account, relay needs to be connected via web before you can use it in your mobile app

not yet. I was able to log into relayx on web but twetch not letting me log in with relay on either mozilla or safari web but trying with chrome now. auto logged me in with MB, trying to log out an log in again

Okay progress, in Twetch settings found where can switch wallets. I got logged into Twetch using RelayX using Web now, so I'll check & see if mobile works now.

Nice swipe worked in 3 seconds in RelayX web Twetch. I'm used to 30 second MB. Vast improvment.

Not sure if it’s related, but twetch/pay npm package also not working with RelayX. When logging in with moneybutton, redirect back to OG site after logging in works. But with relay you are redirected to pay.twetch.app blank website.

It wouldn’t log in mobile for longest time was going into some login loop but is working now. whew! Spent hours getting relayx to work with mobile Twetch sync but worth it for 10x speed boost.

Wouldn’t work until I went to relayx.com on mobile safari web browser not app & clicked to open previously installed relayx mobile app there then worked. So have to use the web to get the mobile working like @910 mentioned
