knov's version of this is memes, you can surround any text with [[]] and it will turn blue to indicate it's now a knov [[meme]]. once you've hit enter to post it, clicking on it will bring up any other threads that also have a [[meme]] on them in the right panel

right now there's a bug where sometimes the text doesn't turn blue, if that happens try hitting space or typing a few characters after to make sure it goes blue before you submit the answer (we're working on this)
