Terribly curious about the ghee and the bicarb soda.
Me:
I brush my teeth with charcoal powder.
I have at least one cigar per week.
I eat "special" some butter before going to bed (this week at least).
I go up down left right with my eyes 30x per day

Don't tell me you're using the $0.5 charcoal powder dropshipping crap you pay $35 for thats from CHYNA🤣

Cold water therapy... it can range from a cold shower to a swim outdoors.. this is myself and friend taking the plunge on New Year’s Day... yes that is snow on the hills 😂🥶
Twetch ·
You trying to make a cookie ?

Charcoal powder I get, in India they used to chew charcoal ! I use a charcoal based fluoride free toothpaste. But... the cigar Thing is for health? Please explain !

Thin layer of ghee in your nostrils prevents absorption of pollutants in the air. When sick too, warm it up and rest your head back, pour a few drops down and let it settle for a few minutes. Will heal any sinus issues fast.

Bicarb in water I use to increase PH, calms any acidity in the stomach fluids and helps with digestion.

HahahahahahahaahahahahahahahhHhhHhHhHhaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yum.

Nice!!!! Water doesn’t get cold enough where I am, but another weird thing I do is take ‘cold’ showers (as in I don’t turn on the warm water at all😆) so my pores don’t open for my skin to absorb the chlorine and fluoride in the water.
Twetch ·
Get after it!! ❤️❄️
.
Twetch ·
I’ve never even considered fluoride in the pores.
I do cold showers, but only after a hot shower.
You just blew my mind, River. 🤯
Thank you for sharing!

Coldwater immersion activates the body’s natural healing powers that can relieve the symptoms of many medical conditions and promote a sense of health and well-being. Cold water therapy can help body’s immune, lymphatic, circulatory and digestive system.

I could perhaps manage 5 minutes in that 😂😊🥶🥶🥶
Twetch ·
I am confident that you could handle 5 minutes.
The great thing is that then, you would be confident that you could handle 6 minutes the next time.
The human body is far more amazing than we were ever taught.
Twetch ·
Skin is the biggest organ ☺️😉 once you wrap your head around that the rest just seems to make sense. ❤️

I like to take a piece of cloth and bite down on it real hard and gnaw on it like an animal. also I drink cactus juice
Twetch ·
What is the story with the cloth??
Twetch ·
I think it just helps me relieve tense feelings & tension in my jaw

So!
The cigars (specifically the nicotine) apparently increases the natural production of Growth Hormone (GH) as well as Vasopressin (ADH)
Growth Hormone is something which is also created when you do fasting. It increases bone density and longevity.
Twetch ·
Then the Vasopressin does a multitude of things, one of which is it is said to improve creativity and drive learning and memory.
The other things it does includes aspects of pair bonding and seeking mutual benefits, it improves this on many levels.
Twetch ·
Why cigars though if it’s about the nicotine?
According to the internet the best way to benefit from nicotine is by smoking it. While I have never smoked a cigarette I can justify having a cigar and it’s smoke in my mouth and not lungs.
Twetch ·
Additionally I’ve realized that there’s a different pace in the world when smoking cigars. They require time to properly enjoy and are by no means a “fix” like say a cigarette would be.
In my mind they develop longer term thinking just by their form.
Twetch ·
I can share some proper studies and diagrams of the affects of nicotine on the endocrine system (hormone system).
It all boils down to use. Low usage bringing benefit and chronic usage bringing the drawbacks.

very interesting!!!
