Let's say Craig is indeed the one moving the 80k BTC.
What is the point? He proved in court that he isn't Satoshi. If he moves Satoshi coins, he will have to explain how he got them. Possibly opening himself up to going to jail for theft.
What am I missing?

Alright. Since nobody provides any answers, I'll do it myself:
Let's say Craig has moved those coins. What would his options be after being welcomed to law ("not Satoshi!")?
Well, first of all, instead of cashing out he could swap the 80k btc to BSV. That would be quite the signal, wouldn't it, and he wouldn't have to prove anything.
Secondly, he could cash out, be accused of stealing those couns, and then ask the single and obvious question: "Who reported them stolen? Who has made an ownership claim on these coins?"
*simple
