for me, it feels like the rotation could be more sensitive.

I'm finding the babylon view very laggy not the same experience as the Babylon sandbox at all so the Google viewer was working better for these small thumbnail type views.

ok reload and check it out now. performance could still be improved with many models onscreen but should be better. clipping centering rotation should all be better... this is with glb models the other formats will require some more work

yes better still not as smooth a movement as the Google viewer, as you say there's a lot of setting so definitely better. I'm not on a top mobile either which might be part of the lag.

noticed the model does a small re-position animation ........is it possible the models can auto 360 rotate? this might avoid a lot of hand inputs to view around the model

im not sure that google viewer would be that much better bc we haven't tested this many models in a single thread before... will keep iterating to improve but taking a pause to work on other things right now unless something catastrophic happens. one thing i could use is some other model formats to test with so if you have some lmk
