Latest filing from Ira's attorney -- 22 pgs of outlining CSW as fraud and Lynn as puppet... and their general lack of standing / timing to challenge probate. The 15th Judicial Circuit is in for a wild ride. @486 - interested in your impressions.

Initial thoughts:

- Are there multiple entities with names like "W&K"?
- How much does this help Ira if true? If CSW's MSJ is denied b/c of lack of jurisdiction grounds, can this still be thrown out due to Ira lacking claim to W&K?

Will dig deeper.
