Lately my over active mind is difficult to settle, sleep pattern choppy. Personal issues on plate eating away, causing friction/restricting flow; meditation, exercise, nature, therapy helps.
Tough times for many it seems, stay strong we will overcome. 💪

Thanks man, it really has been a rocky last bit, health is affected, people getting terminally ill, 3 close people have got a brain cancer diagnosis this year, society/people seem crazy outside, goes on - rough struggle, your right it will get better. 💚

Anytime, its been a tough one and to be honest, social media doesn't help. Sorry to hear about your personal/family issues too. 2020 wasnt the year it promised, but it just means that 2021 has an opportunity to kick ….

I agree about social media, the only platform i'm on is twetch, i dont read/watch the news either, its all fake imo, controll(ing/ed) narrative everywhere. I did get some rest after my vent & i am looking forward to 2021. Thanks again, we will beat 2020 🙏
