On August 16th, Bakkt announced that it’s daily and monthly physically delivered Bitcoin futures contracts would launch on September 23rd.

The futures contracts will be exchange traded on ICE Futures U.S and cleared through ICE Clear U.S—both are regulated by the CFTC.
Bakkt Warehouse will act as the custodian for the physically delivery Bitcoin.
