I think mud floods are just caused by displacement of sediment in areas of heavy or unexpected rain
the fires though....some countries start controlled fires to clear land or in areas where there's is heavy pollen. but in regards to anything American I don't belive anything til proven because of things like 911, president 'assassinations', mk ultra, haarp etc...
