Some of you know that my oldest son went through some developmental delays coincidently after a round of vaccines.
I've been rubbing 1 drop of Lugol's iodine on his skin and I don't think it's a coincidence that his speech has improved significantly....

I use 2% on the kids, just one drop. And 5% on me, i'm up to 3 drops now. Next week will get to 4 drops max dose.

Oh for the record, 4 drops is ideal max dose for women. For men it's just two :)

This is interesting. I am now confused. My Dad is up to 60 drops and is certain that there is no upper limit other than wasting what is not used by the body.

weeee wow 60 drops? ive never read anything about such a high dose, I think it should be judged on skin absorption and also definitely cant go straight to a tonne of drops or you'll go into hard detox and end up with a tonne of side effects.

I think if after a few months your skin is absorbing within a few hours only at max dose it would be safe to continue increasing

I only just found out that the limit to iodine in solutions to 2.2% has been set by the DEA, due to it's use in METH production. So much for getting hold of a 10% solution and not be thought of as a drug dealer.😩

Oh, I agree. He has been slowly working up to that dose over a long long while. I've never paid much attention till now, where I see how important Iodine is in either blocking or getting in before Fluorine.
