What does Knovigator mean?
I like being able to press control-enter and move to the next message.
The text entry field has a little friction to find at the first time. I have to hunt around for it.
Something nice about thinking of these like tweets, instead of Roams blocks. There's interest to reedit things.
Liking the threading, that results from wanting to tweet short, complete, lovable, human consumable notes.
I will like to see if my next thread, stays as cohesive.
My skills from twitter transfer well to this medium.
I like not having to perform for an audience, yet having my out put be ready for an audience.
Slightly more audience than zero, a lot less audience than 900.
Knovigator is a strange name.
@metamityado you have plans for being able to integrate this as a frame or service (I don't know the right container) for people who might like to use it or build on top of it?
Navigating within threads is a pleasure.
The stack is useful too! Media rich thread-blocks as first class citizens is fun to work with.
Search works well. I keep finding this log which makes it easy to return to to throw more thoughts onto.
Wonder how this correlates with Roam's daily log.
Having a thread is an exceptional way to keep my energy focused.
Being able to switch up a level to the containing thread when the nested thread's top level post is selected is great.
UI Idea would be cool to have some representation of nested thread structure. E.g. number of branches.
@metamitya do you know @Flancian
Search takes a while to return this log thread, find it a bit friction inducing. It still works pretty well. Search space makes sense.
Wonder how I can create other spaces for people to post into.
I would actually come back to this.
I didn't come back to mastodon.
I wonder if I can publish a digest to an RSS feed.
Would be cool to x-post on twitter.
'Quest' and 'side quest' are both growing on me as terminology.
How does voting work?
Not used to having scoll be in the center. (It's okay but having a scroll bar on the right side of the scrollable middle area could be a nice visual queue.)
Driving with my mouse I tend to get surprised by the Stack come up when I hover over it. Have accidentally clicked on it a few times too.
Still finding this fun. This is a better collective sense making tool than Roam.
