No problem - very well stated. It alludes to another post I made the other day when surprised at the majority of posts that make up the top all time, currently.

Yes... People are still learning how to enter the new paradigm.

Part of it is that people value their own time and attention too little still, and many don't even really know what they value in the first place.

Hopefully that will change in time.

True. And there will likely always be a portion of the spectrum who never do. Although... I have long believed that it is impossible to "waste" time, because we all always do that which we most want in any given moment. Regardless if we feel obligated etc

Yes, though "want" is a very complicated thing, and a very fleeting thing how most people use the term.

As for "wasting" time, I think it's possible. Preferring low cost actions where there are higher cost ones with greater benefits, for example.

Yes, but that preference is an indicator of the subconscious (or conscious) calculation that occurs for opportunity cost of every single decision. We are complex animals, a blend of will and auto-pilot...
