Kids start distance learning for school on Wednesday. They want the kids on a screen from 8 am to 2 pm during the weekdays.

This cant be healthy.

I recommend Unschooling by John Holt. There's likely to be a local homeschooling group in your area. What's being mandated is really really not good for the kids.

My son is special needs so i have no choice but to keep him home. But i would if i were you consider home schooling as well if thats an option for you. Im doing the distance learning for him but ill be teaching him mostly.
