I just watched the AMA of the new bitcoin.com CEO (the one replacing Roger Ver). He seems like a guy who has his priorities aligned and is even speaking about a pro-regulation stance.
Very different from what we have been used to.

Yep, they’ll submit to regulations if they want to survive.
However they won’t be able to scale as much as BSV already can.
It’s going to be interesting. The BCH position is essentially that there is no need right now to scale that big. Over time, blocks can grow to follow the demand.
Both seem to have the same mission/vision, but a different execution strategy to get there.
