I just realized that in communism there's something interesting going on around charisma. The drones are almost always male losers with no charisma whatsoever, while their leaders are whoever has the most charisma. If they somehow end up with someone who has more than average charisma, like Ernesto Guevara or Adolf Hitler, they love him for eternity. Lots of homo-erotic energy going on there.
