I just noticed an Egyptian Grasshopper on one of our Broccoli plants.
These species are very big and very hungry. I observed it for some time and remembered the "Plague of Locusts" (as described in Exodus 10) and thought "If a large amount of them would strike in our garden, within hours there would be nothing left".
Damn, what a voracious appetite!
I let it snack on the plant as we have harvested the broccoli already and just keep it for the leaves to make "Steamed Broccoli leaves". There is plenty for all of us.
Or should I remove/manage it. Do you know?

As Mr./Ms. Grasshopper started "snacking" also on other plants, Sun flowers to be more specific, I decided to kill it but it seems that beside that voracious appetite they also have other hobbies.
I found the smallest Egyptian Grasshopper I have ever seen in my life. Someone has to really inspect the plants to spot them.

I just found some more of these creatures in the garden.
They hadn't taken their "spinach" yet as they were still looking white/transparent (and it will stay like that IYKYK).
