Good for you River. Trust yourself. I take several vitamin supplements. Always heard they are not 'needed' and 'don't do anything' but I can attest they are in fact very efficacious!

From what I have read, most of these herbs actually work to CURE and PREVENT not just mask symptoms as most pharmaceuticals.
I am down this rabbit hole now, its amazing how well Big Pharma has covered it all up...

isnt it crazy that the creators have provided everything we need in the form of a living plant? When you dissect the lies of pharmaceutical industry, that knowledge and insight shines thru and to me, it seems the industry is a complete fraud and trap. 🤷♂
