Just like our own bullshit is very hard to see and other people's bullshit is very easy to see, the propaganda of "our side" is very hard to recognize while the propaganda of "the other side" is very easy to recognize.

Whether individual ego or collective ego (collectivism), the challenge is to look at ourselves and our own ideology at least as closely as we look at others and their ideology.
