Just held my breath for 1.5 minutes for the first time ever in my life.
It's supposed to increase blood flow to the brain 5X.

holy crap 1.5min is a lot... just tried and i made it to 58s (barely). didn't feel much of anything other than being weirdly hot and sweaty right after doing it
