Haven’t paid it yet. Of course the total is spread over 5+ separate billing departments. And none of them itemized. So now we have to call each and ask for itemized bills. We’ve heard that if you do that, magically, the total goes down.

Yelp at least you know what to do. A loss of productive time and a waste of time for all involved.
