Just bought a water distiller.
I have trace mineral drops (ConcenTrace) which come from UTAH salt lakes that I will use to remineralize the water. I will likely also add some extra bicarb soda to the mix. This will allow me to stop purchasing bottled

water without truly knowing what is inside, and be sure that my kids and I are NOT drinking water with heavy metals and fluoride, and whatever other toxins may appear in the water. It appears to be able to distill 4litres in 4 hours, so I will leave it
running every night and most days to make sure we have enough water for drinking and cooking with.
Excited to see if it makes any difference for us all!
I dont think I'll actually save money from purchasing bottled water, in fact I'll likely be spending more. But peace of mind is more important than money IMO.
I will run around like a maniac at the holiday village very soon. Getting the whole place ready for the next tourists is a great workout. 💪
I actually even like cleaning and snow work. 😅
I'm going to buy a test kit to test my purified water. Hope it goes well for you.
Cant you just drink Evian? Has very low fluroide afaik.
No in brasil evian has very high levels of fluoride. and "ANY" fluoride is very toxic over periods of time. Also, I dont know what heavy metals might be in my bottled water not to mention micro-plastics so im chosing the safe route to completely eliminate.
There is just one brand of bottled water in Brasil that has no fluoride on the label, but again I cant be sure because Im not independently testing.
What about all the flouride in wine?
I dont drink that much, and I take zeolite and iodine daily to help detoxify my body of anything that does end up in my system, including from water in the shower.
Here in yurop Evian has 0,02 mg/l which is among the lowest levels I can buy easily. Theres a couple of brands with zero but I cant buy them anywhere. At the end of the day everyting is polluted with microplastics, vegetable oils, sugar and whatnot.
I cook most of my own food, buy only highest grade ingredients I spend a fortune on food every month. But it will never be perfect all you can do is minimize exposure and not stress out about it IMO.
Ive gone full hipster and only use organic toothpaste, floss, deodorant and shit like that. But at the end of the day there is just no way to 100% avoid all the toxic garbage thats just the world we live in unfortunately.
Me toooo! Hey hipster buddy!
Here Evian has a level of 0.7mg/l which is exaggeratingly toxic. Absolutely absurd! But you’re totally right, the best we can do is avoid as much as possible and help our bodies to detox whatever bad we come into contact with

Ok that's actually quite a bit, its one of the better waters around here.
This is amazing, will you also do regular (daily/weekly 👀👀👀) comprehensive water testing to check for toxins like heavy metals and "naturally" (scam) occurring fluoride?
Now youre talking! I'd love to have my own water brand let the plebs drink all that toxic waste.
Still working with current owner to learn about the company and the spring. Hasn’t shared any info on purity of the spring.
I said this yesterday, but the control over water and water rights is an arms race.
Curious your reasoning on distilled verses reverse osmosis process.
Reverse osmosis while very effective is not 100%
Distilled water is basically rainwater, it removes everything
With the quality of the water here I would need to be changing those filters monthly. And I still cant guarantee its effectiveness as I have no way to test. Im not taking any chances with heavy metals and fluoride.
I’ve seen your posts the last few days about water.
You should look into Berkey.
Their system isn’t even classified as a “filtration system”, but a “purification system”
We’ve used the black filters and the fluoride filters for years.
Very reasonable $
Yeah not possible to get in Brazil!
Also, still not foolproof. The water here is not classified as drinking water. It’s too much to rely on a filter of any kind.
Really...?!? Never thought about that.
You know how we Americans are. 🤣
🤣🤣🤣
I had the Berkey with the added flouride remover charcole-type rods but went to distilled after much research. Ten years later my megahydrate distiller still rocks like day1. Absolutely luv it worth every penny.
I have the Berkey. Works great! 👍
Nice one!!!!
Actually it's called the megahome countertop.
Mega hydrate is a negative ion hydrogen capsule 😆
What's your opinion on a test kit like this?

Better than nothing! The paper ones can be really inaccurate but when the purpose is know if /at all then it should be fine!
You should check out Auro Liquid Gold, it has 102 bioavailable trace minerals from Biotite volcanic deposit in Japan. Plus it filters out 250+ contaminants- petrochemicals, heavy metals etc by the 4 step Flocculation-Coagulation-Precipitation-Depostion.
I can attest that even after boiling and adding a herbal wood bark which is a tradition in our place. I added the drops & after a few hours, a brown mass settled on the bottom. The water was so tasty & I felt satiated. Filtration + Remineralization Try it.
