Jiujitsu is my favorite sport. Go train jiujitsu.

- You'll get to practice techniques to neutralize and submit stronger opponents
- \It's a full body workout, you'll naturally become stronger
- It's been called human chess
- Bad information/techniques get eliminated quickly as they do not work when put into practice, in an actual roll/fight
- It's a community of people putting in work to improve constantly
- "Locking" hours on the mat allow you to "unlock" techniques from your muscle memory when you need them
- Present moment focus - nothing like trying to avoid getting choked to focus your attention and not think about the outside world
- Confidence off the mats. You're not as stressed walking around life knowing how to physically defend yourself
